Eligibility:

1.1. The Macarthur Solar Referral Program ("Program") is open to all individuals aged 18 years and above, except employees, representatives, or affiliates of Macarthur Solar.

Referral Qualification:

2.1. To qualify for the referral reward, the referee must be a new customer to Macarthur Solar, who has not engaged with the company previously.

2.2. The referee must mention the referrer's name at the time of initial contact with Macarthur Solar, either through the referral form, phone call, or email correspondence.

2.3. A referral will only be considered valid when it results in a completed solar installation by Macarthur Solar.

Referral Reward:

3.1. Upon successful completion of a solar installation resulting from a valid referral, the referrer will receive a gift card valued at $250 AUD.

3.2. The gift card will be issued within 30 days of the completed installation.

3.3. The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

Limitations:

4.1. Referrers may refer multiple individuals, but rewards will only be issued for successful referrals resulting in completed installations.

4.2. Macarthur Solar reserves the right to reject referrals that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are suspected of fraudulent activity.

4.3. Referees cannot refer themselves for the purposes of this Program.

General Conditions:

5.1. Macarthur Solar reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program, or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

5.2. By participating in the Program, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and Macarthur Solar’s decisions, which are final and binding.

5.3. Participants agree to allow Macarthur Solar to use their names and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Program, without additional compensation.

By participating in the Macarthur Solar Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
